This an activity loaded with fun that also generates money for scholarships.

Mystery Book Club:

Mostly Books:

Exploring California for 2011-2012:

While concentration on the big events of the 1980s decade, Exploring California will also revisit landmark events of earlier timesin California history. We meet the third Monday of each month at 9:30 a.m. in members' homes.

Exploring California welcomes all AAUW members and prospective members who would like to share their knowledge about the people and places that have made this state important in the world today. The opening fall meeting will be on September 19th. Call for more information about meeting site and planned topics.

International Relations:

Play Reading:

This group meets monthly. Each month we receive a play from the Fullerton AAUW branch. It can be serious, humorous,dramatic etc. The group reads it cold. Afterwards we discuss the play and fill out a short evaluation form. We then send it on to the next branch. We read 8 plays a year. All are welcome. Couples Gourmet:

These groups meet monthly for a gourmet meal in member's homes. The groups are usually four couples per group. For more information use the “couples”e-mail link on the Contact Us page. .

Martha Stewart Dropouts:

This group meets monthly on a Sunday at a time set by the hostess. Formality is prohibited. Participants usually bring something to go along with the simple entree choice of the hostess. Art Scene: On the Go!

This group meets monthly to explore the various artistic venues in the North County area and beyond. Generally, our activities take place on the 4th Thursday of the month. We have docent tours at art museums and historic houses, take in a concert or play reading now and then and occasionally have a hands-on activity.
